Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, delivery will typically take 10–12 business days to the United States. Delivery to other countries may take a little longer depending on your location and local postal service efficiency.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way, so you can follow your order at every step.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can easily monitor the delivery progress through the carrier's website.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide — no minimum purchase required.
For added peace of mind, we also offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. This covers your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit, giving you full confidence that your purchase arrives safely. Lost or Stolen Packages
WaxJetCo™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact your shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Our support team is always available to assist you with this process if needed.
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund — please reach out to us and we'll take care of it for you.
